1 Solution Selection: What works?
After you’ve analyzed your data you’ll want to develop goals based on your identified needs. To do that you need to construct need statements or “gap” statements. When writing need statements you’ll want to describe the need so that there is clarity, specify the comparison standard, specify the current migrant status, and explicitly state the gap between the comparison and the current migrant status.
