Possible limits to the users' rights
• The previous software developers must be quoted even in the modified versions, leaving untouched their copyright. •It is not possible to apply an incompatible User's License to an original one or so that it goes against the same License terms • In the license, there is normally a clause that lays down that the software cannot be used if it does not comply with the User's License or if one or more license clauses are not valid according to the contract terms. • When a binary code is distributed also the source code must be given or there must be the chance of receiving a copy on request paying exclusively for the support cost.
