3 The Construction Team: Foreman
Experienced crewmember who is in charge of a group of four to eight crafts people in the same crew Representing the crew and communicating with the field superintendent on technical, human and safety issues If no field superintendent is employed, then her duties are split between the general superintendent and the foremen. In this case, foreman would typically report time sheets and assure that all crewmembers follow safety precaution.
