First, we’ll need to do a short stretching exercise. Let’s stand up, put your arms in front of you, then stretch them outwards, join your hands together, then stretch.

So, we want everyone in the class to ‘have rhythm’? Let me show you the next step.
Take both hands and make your fists into a ball...like this

Keep your fists on the table and now un-clench them (demonstrate) so they are relaxed, like this.

Use lots of gestures for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, amounts, movements, audience participation
