Our Reserve is made with the best grapes picked from the finest vineyard area, Vigna la Casina. Vinification with maceration in concrete barrels at a controlled temperature for up to 30 days. The wine then ages in barriques and 500 liter tonneaux for months. It is then blended and left to age for another 12 months before being bottled. With its aroma of spices, such as laurel and cinnamon, and a hint of balsamic wood, this wine goes well with red meat, game or ripe cheeses.
