Key Changes (1 of 3) Policy on Post-proposal Submission Material
NOT-OD : Consolidates post-submission policy of NIH, AHRQ and NIOSH. Emphasizes pdf content is sent to signing official (SO). SO uploads to eRA Commons. Effective for applications submitted on or after 1/25/2017. Can mention the most recent not in current GPS: Stipend levels GCP CT.gov registration/reporting

Key Changes (2 of 3) Reminder to report inventions via iEdison
NOT-OD : Report subject inventions via iEdison and must file final invention report (HHS 568). At UW, PIs report inventions via “Record of Innovation” to UW CoMotion during the project (not just at end). CoMotion handles reporting via iEdison. PI completes Final invention statement; SO signs/submits NIH eRACommons

Key Changes (3 of 3) Carryover and NCE rules on K99/R00 modified to improve clarity NOT-OD : These actions require prior approval: Early transition, e.g. prior to one year of career development support No-cost extension on K99, e.g. longer than one year. Carryover of funds from K99 phase to R00 phase.
