You will see a blank Composite form. Click in the button next to the rating for each indicator to select it. There is no more highlighting in yellow.

The rating will turn blue to show it has been selected.

After completing the form Click Save Changes.

Go back to the left corner and Click Finalize. Finalize will not appear unless you click Save Changes first.

Save Changes and Finalize will disappear. Click Share.

A pop up box will confirm that you want to Share. Click Share again. If you do not Share the Evaluator will not see your self evaluation.

You can print a .pdf of your form if you Click Print.
