4. Important Dates June 30, 2010: End of fiscal year
End of reporting period
August 16, 2010: Certification Date
Day that ALL data from FFY 2009 (July 1, 2009-June 30, 2010) must be entered into IMS
August 30, 2010: Final Data Date
Due date for all reviewed/verified data

5. August 16, 2010: Certification Date
Date by which all IEP and IFSP data must be entered into IMS. All data entry must be completed by 7:00 p.m.
August 17, 2010: DE will query IMS for data reports to be used in reporting for APR
Any data in need of verification/correction will be sent to the respective AEA

6. August 30, 2010: Final Data Date
Due date for data that was sent for verification/correction. Please return corrected spreadsheets back to the DE.
Make corrections in IMS as well as on any spreadsheets.
Verifications/corrections must be made by 7:00 p.m.
