All Air Force environmental funding now centrally managed by AFCEC Lead contracting agency is 772nd ESS 772 ESS uses USACE & GSA for additional capacity Mountain Home, Fairchild, Malmstrom To gain efficiencies through volume purchasing and to reduce the administrative burden of managing multiple contracts for various environmental services, AFCEC is procuring multi-year, multi-media contracts for environmental services at its installations.
