Nel Sula What does Morrison say about Nel? What can we infer about her characterization? What does Morrison say about Sula? What can we infer about her characterization? Work with a partner to hammer out some characteristics of each girl. Questions to consider: What is their physical description? How are they alike? How are they different? How do they act around boys/men? How do they act around women?
