A whole day on Earth is 24 Hours. Earth has gravity which keeps it round .If earth had no gravity it would not be round , it would be lop sided and there would be no life on Earth.

Before we explored the moon ,there were three main suggestions to explain it’s existence
that it formed near earth as a separate body; that it had separated from earth; and that it is formed somewhere else and been captured by earth. Scientists still cannot decide among these three theories.
