ALL of the chaperones listed above must be registered online. You may add chaperones after this date, but you need to make sure you have two adults for each time slot by April 26, 2016 or your team will not be allowed to participate in Relay.

5. If you do not turn this in, your entire team will not be able to participate in
Relay for Life.

6. Captains: This is a huge responsibility
You may turn it in early!

7. Additionally, please have your chaperones register on the Relay for Life Database.
If they don’t, they will have trouble getting into Relay.

8. Fundraising
Top three teams from each school with the highest average/team member get a catered lunch from Moe’s.
You may still make money that contributes to your team total at Relay by selling additional items (food, neon bracelets, etc.)

Only 20 teams have turned in money.
