Timetable Changes? Impossible or Difficult to change courses once you start the semester. Timetable is built based on YOUR choices! A change disrupts teachers and their classes. Be certain about courses you are choosing!

Warning Sign! WARNING! If an X appears ENSURE that you are able to take the course. Make sure you have the pre-requisite? If you have selected a course for which you are missing a pre-requisite it will appear pink! Ensure that you have selected appropriately! If you have selected an inappropriate course the warning will be a pink box. Please correct this before submitting your course. MUST Change this option before submitting!

22 Why pick an ALTERNATE COURSE?
In-case there is a course availability or timetabling issue!

23 SUBMIT COURSES After you have made your selections click on the Submit TAB. **DO NOT click on the Submit button unless you are absolutely sure about the courses YOU have chosen. *** When you confirm and print you will not be able to make any additional changes to your course selection!

24 CONFIRM & PRINT Press this TAB when you are ready to PRINT! Print out your course sign off sheet, get it signed by a parent and submit it to Student Services as soon as possible Need to get the SIGN OFF SHEET signed before submitting to Guidance.

25 Course Selection is on first come first serve basis.
Make sure that the selected course IS the actual course you want (check course descriptions) When picking courses make sure that: you have the pre-requisite the course is the correct grade and/or level Course selection is on first come first come basis. ensure that you have selected appropriate courses for the appropriate grade level and for which you have the pre-requisite

26 SUMMER SCHOOL Summer school Summer school REGISTRATION happens
50% or higher – 4 weeks of summer school Below 50%-You may be eligible to take a 2 week make-up. Discuss this option with your counsellor. Summer school REGISTRATION happens in February! Student Responsibility.

27 Summer School Looking to get ahead? You still will need to select these courses in myBlueprint for next year. You will have an opportunity to make changes later!

Select your courses on myBlueprint Print out your sign off sheet and get it signed by a parent/guardian. 3. Return the printed verification to your Guidance. Course selection website will close Tuesday January 8th, 2019

30 Course Selection OPENS: Monday December 10th 2018
Course Selection CLOSES: Tuesday January 8th 2019 Waitlist for courses are determined based on when you select courses in myBlueprint!! Important to be prepared. Note Students who complete course selection first will have priority. This is only if courses are full.
