3 Introduction Saudi Arabia's privatization and economic diversification efforts have gained a new momentum with the formation of the Supreme Economic Council (SEC) in 1999.

4 Objectives To study the feasibility of implementing BOT in Saudi Arabia. To identify and assess the impact of obstacles and success factors for BOT implementation . To identify appropriate type of BOT.
