R sacrum fractured, displaced cephalad and posteriorly.

20. Fracture Repair Taken to OR post-injury day 5.
L hemipelvis rolled internally using pin in L AIIS.
L hemipelvis anchored to frame.
R hemipelvis displaced cephalad and posteriorly.

23. Frame
R hemipelvis reduced using traction on R leg.

26. Posterior Ring Repair
R hemipelvis stabilized with S 1 and S 2 iliosacral screws.

28. Anterior Ring Bilateral superior pubic ramus fractures.
Stabilized with internal external fixator.
