3- Moderate wear, some edge of road wear\cracking, 1st sign of slight block cracking (Resurfacing not recommended)
4- No longitudinal cracks, occasional transverse cracks, minor\repairable edge of road damage (Resurfacing not Recommended)
5- Newly over laid road, no damage, excellent condition
