1 Sysco Speaks 2019 Overview

2 Our Goal In 2018, 91% of associates completed Sysco Speaks.
In 2019, our goal is 90% participation. Thanks again! We have retained the participation goal to 90% to ensure we are providing an atmosphere where associates feel encouraged to take the survey rather than coerced. Perceptyx research indicates that response rates over 91% can started to have a negative effect on associate sentiment toward the survey.

Generally repeat our 2018 methodology Easy access on any internet-enabled device via either: Personalized Network ID via SyscoSpeaks.com Minor changes to timeline Data update process starts earlier Marketing materials to be sent earlier to avoid holidays More regular communication to HR Community Expanding SyscoSpeaks.com resources for HR Community (i.e., interactive FAQs)

Sysco Speaks 2019 14 – 30 Jan New check box to mark an Action Plan complete Gender demographic included for HR Demographic Crosstab will be included for Managers Sentiment analysis for Comments – positive or negative Easy toggle for Managers to switch between Directs and Hierarchy
