2. F.O.S.P. – What do we do?
We’re a friendly group of parents who support our primary school by creating and running a number of family orientated, fun filled events throughout the year
Our goal is to create events that our children and their parents help us create, set up, run and most of all – enjoy!
Regular events include school discos, film shows, the Christmas Fair and the Summer Fete

3. F.O.S.P. – Who are we? Core Committee Members include:
Chairman – Sophie Marsh Full time working mum to Daisy
Secretary – Sam Beachamp Part time working mum to Isobel and Amelia
Co Treasurers – Rachel Oram and Nikki Kulak Part time working mums to George, Evie, Holly & Freya

4. 2015 F.O.S.P. Events
For the 2016 Summer Fete we had: - A BBQ, Bar and Tea Tent - The La Liga Football Tournament - Dance Displays, a Raffle and a Tombola
We raised an amazing £3,391 at this event and this money is then re-invested into the school.
In previous years we have subsidised every classes school trips, purchased additional books, added to forest school equipment and contributed to the Olympic trail

5. F.O.S.P. – How do we work?
The “core” committee members spend our time behind the scenes agreeing the calendar, planning the events, working out logistics and setting the timeframes – in turn we ask for a bit of your time here and there as we need it.
We have some fantastic parent supporters at our events and the reality is we couldn’t manage without their help but as their children move onto high school so do their parents
So, fresh faces are needed!

6. F.O.S.P. – How can YOU help?
If you can help we’d love to hear from you!
You can give as much or as little of your time as you want – on our bigger events we only ask for hourly slots
Please don’t feel if you agree to help you’re committed for life!
Be safe in the knowledge that the core committee will do the work behind the scenes and you do your bit when you want to
Don’t forget, all parent helpers must be DBS checked. It’s quick and easy to complete the online form.

7. F.O.S.P. – Not got the time?
We might be able to use your skills in other ways..... Like baking but unable to man a stand? - bake us a yummy cake for the cake stall Like design? - help us create some posters or signs Enjoy a beer? - buy a pint from the FOSP bar
How you help is up to you, but we always appreciate your support
