3. Customers cases Test site for LNG Fuel
Man Diesel & Turbo in Copenhagen, Denmark, has established a test facility utilising LNG as fuel for large scale two stroke engines. Eltronic has assisted with the development of the gas supply system plant including risk analyses and user- and maintenance instructions manuals.
The experts of Eltronic have been coordinators on the site and have supplied know-how concerning rules and regulations with regards to the explosive areas.”

6. Customers cases LNG Gas Valve Train
This project was developed for Hyundai Heavy Industries.
Eltronics part in the project was to develop the Gas valve system, which is placed between the Fuel Gas Supply System and the ME-GI engine.
The aim of the Gas Valve Train is to handle the operational
demands from the ME-GI control system in
operation, shutdown and in case of an emergency
shutdown.
Design pressure: 400 bar
Design temperature: -40 – +80 °C
Fail safe operation
ATEX approved zone
Operation with natural gas and
purging system for N2.
