2. YOLO Dance Company Luton Sixth Form College
Times are as follows:
Junior Jazz/Contemporary - Friday 6-7pm ages 6-12 dance class
Adult Yolo Werk – dance fitness class – Tuesday 7-8pm age 18+
Adult Yolo Barre - Ballet fitness class - Tuesday 8-9pm age 18+
Classes will be taught by Rochelle Mildon trained in Advanced/Professional level Ballet, Jazz, Tap & Contemporary
Trained in Canada and Danced professionally with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines for 4 years.
Was selected in top 100 dancers across Canada to compete on
‘SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA’.
Completed RAD Ballet exams to Advanced level and trained with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Company
Fully insured, First Aid trained and Enhanced DBS checked.
Classes will cost £7/hr but if you sign up to a 6 week term it will only cost £6/hr.

Are you looking for a local dance class for your child/children or fitness for yourself?
Look no further as this new Dance Company offers
Junior jazz/contemporary class for 6-12yr olds - Friday 6-7pm
Adult Yolo Werk class which is a dance fitness class guaranteed to make you sweat to the tunes - Tuesday 7-8pm 18yrs+
Adult Yolo Barre class based off of ballet barre technique to tone and sculpt your body - Tuesday 8-9pm 18yrs+
Everyone is welcome.
We offer a trial class to see if your child enjoys it prior to committing to a term. Classes will be £7/hr, but if you sign up for a 6 week term it will only cost £6/hr and will be paid on a term to term basis. We will run classes according to the school terms. If you recommend a friend and they sign up, you will get one week of free classes. We will hold parent days at the end of each 12 week period, where the parents can come sit in on the class and watch your child's progression and enjoyment.
Please wear clothing that won’t interfere with their movement. We recommend:
Leggings and a t-shirt or leotard for jazz along with the appropriate footwear which can be discussed. Socks can be too slippery so we recommend shoes be worn for safety.

About Me:
Rochelle Mildon (Company owner and principal teacher) was trained from age 3 in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical and Contemporary until she graduated at 18. She was accepted to The Randolph Dance Academy in Toronto to continue her studies but couldn’t wait to get her dance career going and instead went to work professionally on cruise ships around the world from Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines. After she finished her contracts she moved back home to Canada to teach and continue working professionally on land. Her teaching ranged from baby jazz for 4-5 year olds to 18yrs+ training in lyrical and contemporary. In this time she auditioned for the first season of ‘SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA’ and was chosen from thousands to join the top 100 dancers selected in Toronto . Shortly after this she moved to England with her husband and continued to teach locally in Luton and Watford. Several years ago she decided to start a family and now has two beautiful children. Her incentive to start her own dance company has come from wanting to pass down her dance knowledge to her daughter (if she likes it) and other local children interested in movement, creativity and expression. She has a deep love for dance and hopes that she can share that with other students teaching them discipline, self respect and giving them space to explore.
I am Enhanced DBS checked, fully insured and have attended first aid training for the care of children.

Classes are located at Luton Sixth Form College in their gorgeous dance studio with a fully sprung floor, mirrors, sound system and lights. It is a beautiful facility purpose built for dance. See the photo & Map attached. There are local amenities within walking or driving distance for parents to pass their time or they can remain on site. There is plenty of parking in the school carpark.
