3 Rotary needs to change its approach in order to penetrate communities and demographics where Rotary is missing.  Rotary can and should be a valuable partner in the work of any community or demographic group. This webinar reviews the stories of several groups where a different approach has yielded success.

Choosing an underserved area or group takes time and persistence Rotary Myths have to be neutralized Focus for the new Club is to attract not recruit members Be committed to the process May take 6-12 months but often faster
