1 3rd Period Sit but don’t get comfortable. I am making a few seat changes.

2 Do now Aug. 7, 2015 What is the difference between listening and hearing? What are 3 kinds of listening? Have your do now visible to be checked.

3 What should I do if: I have a problem on the computer:
Try to fix the problem within reason Restart the computer Start the directions from the beginning If you cannot fix the problem, make a note of what the problem is. If possible, I will come to help you.

4 What should volume sound like:
From me while on computers: Students should be at Level 0 the ENTIRE time that they are at computer station. Headphones should be worn at ALL times while on computers…even if you aren’t listening to anything at the time.

5 What should computer volume sound like:
Computer volume should be set no higher than 50 on the volume scale. Because you will be wearing headphones, no one around you should be able to hear your headphones.

6 Can I listen to music while at computer station?
What do you think? Yes!!! However, all previous volume rules apply. Music may be listened to from the computer ONLY. You MAY NOT listen to music on your phone.
