Commercial Excellence
On October 21st you will have the opportunity to meet L’Oréal’s managers
and experience their jobs!
Our commercial managers will present you all about the goals, challenges and careers of Sales, Trade marketing and Category functions.  Moreover, you will have the chance to show us your talent through the Business Game Commercial Excellence .
You will be invited, in groups of three people, to examine a current challenge of L’Oréal’s business, taking into account mission and approaches of the different commercial functions. You should reach a shared proposal using your creativity and your ability to analyse and negotiate.
Our L’Oréal managers will judge your proposals  together with your colleagues!
