2 Pseudo-Tie Registration in webRegistry
webRegistry is the current Electric Industry Registry (EIR). An item in the scope document for the Managed Encumbrance (ME) approach to addressing 2018 WEQ Annual Plan Item 3.e. has the following requirement: It must include the unique identifier from a single EIR-Registered Pseudo-Tie. Several people have questioned the meaning of this requirement. webRegistry assigns a unique ID to each entry that is created. An example is shown below for a query of pseudo-ties.
