Key milestones will be defined and college will create default degree maps and milestones for program completion & transfer

New Ed planning software allowing multi-semester course planning and time to completion
Continue to grow offerings of TMCs as recommended alignment is released from the State
Course schedule offerings will be aligned with these ideal maps to support timely progression and completion

Develop marketing campaign for the Ellucian GO app. Develop page as part of application to help students retrieve information on meta-majors and pathways.
Develop an in-house web-based application for area high school counselors to view their students; progress on the 7 steps to success.
Create push notifications relevant to the student’s pathway in the Ellucian GO app. Incentivize notifications with rewards.
Continue with rollout of Ellucian student planner and investigate other GP software systems.
