International student organization that helps students enter careers in STEM
250,000 students from 2,000 schools and 4 countries participate in state and national conferences
At conferences students participate in competitive events
35 high school events offered
Choose around 4 events to participate in
Placing at the state conference (top 3)  qualify for national conference
