Improving communication especially on the results of applied research

5. But how to get the different actors to cooperate efficiently?
The climate changes and brings new challenges to the transport sector. Disruptions in traffic become more and more common, which demands patience from road users.
These gloomy prospects may be alleviated with sensible adaptation and preparedness. For that, we need more accurate information on adaptation needs. Tools for planning adaptation measures are needed as well.
Finnish enterprises, research institutes and government agencies have a great deal of competence to tackle these challenges.
But how to get the different actors to cooperate efficiently?
