All the names of persons and components have been changed.

3. Exercise 3
The results for this exercise shall be based on the ideas and experiences of the group members.
The report must contain:
Identification of the most costly defect types.
A Root Cause Analysis to identify the most important causes for these defects.
Identify improvement actions and assess their costs and benefits.
Perform a risk analysis of the proposed improvement actions.
