It is not only a prerequisite to attach Dr. or PhD title to our name; It is an active contribution to advance human civilization; It is an accountability to our love ones; It is a scientific signature; It is an essential factor to get research fund.

The best reviewers are the closest peers: Supervisors Research Group Colleague English speaking people (for grammar checking) The role: to produce better cohesion and coherency, to sharpen aim, to smoothen the flow, and to correct logical errors.

Learning from other university practices, i.e. IPB, Undip, etc. Universities have a special section that supports international journals to improve knowledge in how to publish an article (Workshops) to assist manuscript preparation (Assistance) to assist for language barrier (i.e. word choices, paraphrasing, etc)

Not containing very broad topics Indexed in major services: PubMed, Highwire, Scopus, Copernicus, DOAJ, etc Published impact factor Rejection and Retraction Policy Blind reviews Most importantly: everything has a beginning.
