Check your Start Menu for the Simulation Database Mgr. Older versions may need to go to Program Files / ARTTComms/Database Manager. Open 911TrainerMaint.exe or install the msi - if it hasn’t been installed. Open to this popup

2. It will want to find where the current Call Types are located

Change any of the codes etc. If you have a lot of codes you want in there you can also use the Template (Create Template) it’s an xls file you can make/save and import anytime.

5. Do this for both the instructor and student
Do this for both the instructor and student. You can take the Simulation Database Manager.exe to the student on a flash drive if it isn’t in Documents. When you open it create the same entries.
