Unique challenge of connecting new construction building to existing school, requires knowledge of existing building’s systems and plant capacity. We were unable to accurately acquire this information so we designed our own cooling/heating systems.
Another aspect of MEP design is close collaboration and coordination with other disciplines such as shaft location, room layout, roof space usage, plumbing chases, utility connections, building envelope information.
