Personal portfolio of competences – WHY?
NFE – activities have outcomes - to formulate and present one´s abilities, knowledge and skills WHY? personal competence portfolio can help you to formulate and present your abilities, knowledge and skills during your professional life so that educators and employers are able to recognize your uniqueness and personal quality. This document follows the Europass (viz and extends it to a structured description of the key competencies you have acquired by previous and present practice, education or other activities in a free time. Non-formal education means organized educational activities outside the established formal education system (that is formal education) and outside education itself within the family. If it is a disorganized, unsystematic and institutional uncoordinated acquiring of knowledge, skills and competencies from everyday experiences and activities at work, in family, leisure time, we call it informal education.
