Subject coordinator receives approved workload assignment by faculty. 2
Subject coordinator to identify teaching and learning activities for the subject based on the approved syllabus for the trimester (week 1-14 for long semester and week 1-7 for short semester). This is to ensure that the teaching plan will achieve the desired learning outcome.
If the subject involve more than one teaching staff inclusive if there is coordination with the counterparts Melaka/ Cyberjaya/ Nusajaya/ Affiliated College, subject coordinator may discuss and distributes teaching and learning activities preparation tasks among the teaching staff.
A copy of the final Coordination Sheet must be submitted to ERU for the purpose of examination arrangement and coordination.
Example: Text book selection, assessment methods, lecture, tutorials, labs, blended learning, exam (closed or open book), assignments, case study, project, presentation, educational visit, research and other teaching and learning activities materials such as assessment Activities (quiz, exam, tutorials, assignment, lab experiments, lab tests, presentation, case study, blended learning materials), preparation of examination papers, review of lecture notes/ tutorials/ labs/ assignment etc.
Note : The Academic checklist need to be reviewed for the purposes of developing teaching plan (where applicable).

Final Teaching Plan is sent to Dean/ Director/ Deputy Dean (Academic)/Head of Department/Program Coordinator for approval. If yes, go to no 4. If no, go to no. 2.
