Represent a multiplication situation in multiple ways in Wixie.
Wixie can be found on under the Student tab, then click on Wixie. Login using your lunch number for the username and your school computer password. To start your project, click on New Project. You will write an equation, draw an area model or a strip diagram and use the US Standard Algorithm to represent the given situation:
There are 12 students in Mrs. Taylor’s 4th grade class. Determine the number of pencils Mrs. Taylor’s class will have when each student brings 23 pencils.
