2. A Voice Mail Box is Created
A Voice Mail box is created when a phone is put in. Each Voice mail box corresponds to the number on the phone.
Example my extension is 8200 my voice mail box is 8200.

3. What number do I call to access my Voice Mailbox?
The internal number to Dial is 8200
You can get your Voice Mail from any phone.
You can get your Voic from home!!
Number to dial from home or on the road is

4. Who do I contact for Technical assistance if there is a problem?
Please fill out a technical assistance form and give it to your technical people in building.
Please be specific about the problem.
Include School, Room Number, and your phone extension.
We will get to your problem as soon as possible.

12. How to send messages
“Begin recording after the tone. Press the pound key when you are finished recording.”

13. Scanning Messages Log in to the system. Press 4 for other options
The Scan Message feature allows you to listen to the first few seconds (3-10) of each New, Unread message hands free. This is especially useful when calling into the system from a cellular phone. Process is as follows:
Log in to the system.
Press 4 for other options
Press 7 to scan messages
If at any time you want to hear a complete message simply press 0

14. General Commands * 7 Will return you the main menu.
* * 9 Will log you out of the system. I recommend you do this every time before you Hang up.
* 3 Will delete the message you just listened to or recorded.
