The MTT knows how to select, format, and present media activities and projects appropriate for the content, purpose, audience, and environment Vocabulary format-refers to the set-up, plan, or design media-tools or channels used to deliver information or data audience- the viewer or the one who receives the information

The MTT knows demonstrates knowledge of criteria for evaluating the design and functionality of interactive media Vocabulary Interactive media- media that allow for active participation by the recipient Content delivery-describes how media, such as audio, video, or software is transmitted via broadcasting or the internet Ease of navigation- refers to how easy it is to read and control the movements of a media project or machine The three main techniques for content delivery are: HTTP redirection, Internet Protocol (IP) redirection, and domain name system ( DNS ) redirection. In general, DNS redirection is the most effective technique.

III. The MTT knows how to use productivity tools to communicate effectively
Vocabulary Productivity tools-computer programs that help the user work more effectively Spreadsheet-computer application program that captures, displays, and manipulates data arranged in rows and columns. Database-a collection of information that is organized so that it can easily be accessed, managed, and updated. Vocabulary Word Processor-an application that provides the user with tools needed to write and edit and format text and to send it to a printer Graphics Applications-is a program or collection of programs that enable a person to manipulate visual images on a computer

The MTT knows how to select and use various presentation formats to communicate effectively Vocabulary Slide Shows-a display of a series of chosen pictures, which is done for artistic or instructional purposes Multimedia Presentation-is typically used to mean the combination of text, sound, and/or motion video. Newsletter-report or open letter giving informal or confidential news of interest to a special group Vocabulary Brochures-a leaflet advertisement Slideshow- Multimedia presentation: popular multimedia players are MPEG, Quicktime, and Shockwave

The MTT demonstrates knowledge of strategies for evaluating the effectiveness of communication in terms of both process and product Tex 2 Text 3 is a "process," that by its problem-solving nature includes investigative and analytical skills in the creation of communications. The product oriented point of view sees software and computer systems as a set of porgams and documentations that onse it is installed, stands on its own.
