Held during class (with Provost permission) s took 15 minutes - 15,600 of them 5,700 text messages sent No contention on DU PBX No opt out as a result of test Will continue complete test every 3 months

4 Student - Opt-In Registrar send s to undergrad and graduate students each quarter reminding them to sign up.  1st he sent prompted 2,000 students to enroll.  Mail merge type , so it was more personalized. 

5 Campus Safety All Safety users and dispatchers have been trained.
Log into webpage, Individual logins “Pre-scripted” messages for users Dispatchers have to send a message in “training mode” as part of their daily responsibilities to ensure they know how to use the system should something occur.

6 Pioneer Card System “Lockdown”
Update in Blackboard version New Feature: "Door Command" Setup user account for Campus Safety - Gave instructions Can lock down all card reader doors with one script Students can still enter during lockdown – It’s a catch 22…
