79% of the organisations use volunteers between 6 and hours Voluntary time per week! Most organisations had between 1-10 members of staff and 58% had up to 50 volunteers! we’re clear on the challenges Funding & sustainability Volun-teering Develop & manage the organisation we maximise our impact 74% use the Volunteer Centre for support! 26% are sure that their expenditure exceed their income in the current financial year, 35% say it could happen! we plan ahead 52% of the organisations are a registered charity! 60% has been established for more than 10 years! 57% say that it is possible or very likely that they use reserves in the coming year! (WoE: 64%) we value the work we receive from the Volunteer Centre Funding & sustainability Organisational development/ managing your organisation Volunteers/ volunteering Demonstrating your impact Partnership working/ collaboration/ merger The Top 5 ”Types of social value” which are created through the delivery of the services by the organisations are health & wellbeing (24%), social & community (21%), volunteering & employment (20%), education & skills (15%) and environmental (8%). Top 5 areas which are most likely to want training and/or support to help address The question : “How do we encourage organisations to provide feedback?”
