3 or more monosaccharides = polysaccharide (macromolecule) such as starch or cellulose

Large and nonpolar (doesn’t dissolve in water)
Store a lot of energy

6. LIPIDS MACROMOLECULES
Triglycerides: 3 molecules of fatty acids
Phospholipids: two fatty acids
