If a tutu is worn, solid color legging or pants
must be worn and not be see through
Low cut blouses
Spaghetti straps
Mid drift
Excessively tight clothing
No Heels
No Clown Costumes

5. If you have to question if your costume is appropriate, then it is inappropriate.
Abuse of this opportunity will result in less celebration activities.
