As a social worker it is a key principle to never work harder than the client. I believe it is most effective that the social worker and the client agree on the plan of care for them.

As a Social Worker it is essential to have documentation on a client as well as have it organized so it can be assessable when needed. Also this data will be easily interpreted once it is in a file specifically for the client.

As a social worker I should prompt the client to be self sufficient and Independent. I should provide a relationship with the client that allows the client to grow. I should be guiding the client not driving. Also I should be honest with the client to point out their inabilities so they can be aware of their limitations and began to work on strengthen them
