WHY ARE YOU HERE? Think about your reason(s) for enrolling in school, and narrow it down to the most important one, write it down

‘WHAT’ Material Wealth- car, house, clothing, travel
Financial Security-secure your future Family-to provide for your family Passion-genuine interest in this field Everyone has different reasons, but the ultimate goal is employment

Think about why you want what you want
Why do you want a car? Why do you want to provide for your family? Why do you want to travel? This may seem like a ‘DUH’ question, but humor me and write down your individual whys

How would you achieve your goals?
Being clear about what you want & why you want it Learning, developing and practicing success principles Emulating people who have already attained what you are seeking Planning

WHAT-WHY-HOW This workshop today is aimed at helping you:
Identify your goal(s) (WHAT) Determine the reason behind the goal(s) (WHY) Outline and implement a plan of action to work towards the goal(s) (HOW)

Why Is It So Important To:
1) Define goals To have a focus/target Short term vs. long term goals Be specific and write it down 2) Determine your ‘WHY’ Without reason there is no incentive to persevere 3) Know ‘HOW’ Apart from the obvious, the ‘HOW’ is not as important as ‘WHAT’ and ‘WHY’
