C3: Paper and card Engineering: Products and applications C3.1 distinguish between quality of design and quality of manufacture; Assessment Task 1: Produce a pop-up card or 2 page spread of a book and demonstrate at least 1 pop-up mechanism. It must be in the styling of Disney/ Pixar. You must include the design sheet as well as the full scale model. It must be in colour and use relevant font. It can not be any bigger than A4. You will be marked by the GCSE Assessment Criteria.

Mark Band: Assessment Criteria Three: Making, 32/90 Marks. A* 30-32 A 26-29 Final outcome(s) shows a high level of making/modelling/finishing skills and accuracy. B 23-25 C 19-22 Final outcome shows very good level of making/modelling/finishing skills. D 16-18 E 12-15 Final outcome shows good level of making/modelling/finishing skills. F 9-11 G 6-8 Final outcome is largely complete and represents a basic level of making/modelling/finishing skills.
