10 Conclusion Sport is viewed by many as a “neutral” site where good can happen Yet, sport is also viewed by many to be outside of “real” “development” programs The path to success is to create theories and practices that are appropriate to local contexts yet follow accepted guidelines and where success and problems can be reported and analyzed
