4. Reflections from the NAB
Scenarios provided a good basis for discussion
The “scheme” is complex(!) – participants did not agree on several issues
The understanding of the roles and the competence of the three parties may not be the same in all countries
Close cooperation between the CA and the NAB is essential
Need for clarification regarding scope 98
Proficiency test for VBs on a defined scenario may be useful (?)
