Set the audio settings for your speakers, microphone, or headset
On the toolbar at the top of your screen, click on “Tools” and then hover your mouse arrow over “Audio.” From the list that appears, click on “Audio Setup Wizard” and follow the on screen directions.

On the lower left hand side of the screen you will see a button that looks like a microphone. Click that button and say “Hi” to everyone and tell us who you are. When you are done speaking, click the microphone button again to shut off your mic.
Try out the “Chat” function
On the middle of the left side of the screen, you will see a box labeled “Chat.” In the largest section of this box, you may see a place where others have posted greetings. Under there, you will see a smaller box. Click on this box and a curser will appear. Now you can type a note – Tell the group where you live and why you decided to try online learning. Once you are done typing, click the button below that says “Send” and you (and the rest of our group) will see your message appear in the larger section.
