What is the 4th Admendment?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons,houses,papers,and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures.

What do u have to do to not violate the 4th Admendment?
No warrants should be issued but upon probable cause.

Your Miranda Rights need to be read to you 1.Right to remain silent 2.Anything you say will be used against you 3.Right to attorney 4.If you cannot afford an attorney one will be pointed

She said she had the right to posses material (1st Admendment) Evidence should have never been used against her They violated the 14th Admendment. Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness
