operations Primary plant operations
Buses consistently covering 150km - 200km each per day on average Client seeing benefits Reduced fuel cost Less frequent maintenance Reduced emissions Initial hiccup after commissioning plant resulted in downtime Tetra4 was forced into implementing contingency plan Client experienced zero downtime, proving contingencies are capable Environmental Impact Assessment on track Anticipated to commence construction of pipeline early 2017

Virginia project Net reserve volumes have increased, primarily based on drilling results during the past 12 months Net reserve volumes have increased the total Proved plus Probable Reserves to 100,927Mmcf, an increase of 24% since the 2015 Independent Form 1 Report Reserve volumes have been reported on a company net basis. This illustrates the amounts attributable to the company after all burdens have been accounted for PROVED DEVELOPED PRODUCING PROVED PROBABLE PROVED + PROBABLE POSSIBLE PROVED, PROBABLE + POSSIBLE Company Net Gas (MMcf) 2015 - 24,830 56,478 81,308 145,721 227,029 2016 32,412 68,514 100,927 155,450 256,376 % Change 0% 31% 21% 24% 7% 13% Tetra4 is pleased to announce the results of the latest independent reserve review of the Virginia Project.

Gas reserves estimation plan
Exploration focussed primarily on the drilling of four wells over the last months This new well information allowed for the addition of a number of Probable and Possible locations adjacent to the wells as well as new Proved locations along the fault lines that were further defined by drilling
8
2016 Economic assessment The Net Present Value for the Virginia Project is based on the currently achievable sales prices and is presented after tax, royalties and well abandonment costs The above figures represent in Billions (ZAR) The total Project’s value is determined by attributing a separate value to each reserve category that is discounted by the appropriate discount rate
9
prospects Increased proven reserves allow for meaningful power generation With the increased proven reserves, Tetra4 is now capable of implementing power generation solutions to customers in the area Tetra4 has now completed feasibility studies on supplying cogeneration solutions to large users in the area Cogeneration entails the use of a gas driven power generator, capturing the exhaust heat to create steam Due to the proximity, the solution would be off-grid and therefore significantly easier to implement Tetra4 is in discussions on a cogeneration solution for a client

Hydro electric scheme Pre-feasibility is complete
Refining financial model tariff negotiations Refinement requires Lidar survey to be undertaken Geotechnical work for the dam walls At this stage, we have no reason to believe we are not on track for a financial close during 2017
