Good morning and welcome to the TPA web site and download feature presentation. Today we will discuss the online functionality and tools that will provide you with the ability to service your existing clients while facilitating new business. Our website has undergone a redesign with the use of .NET technology, allowing for a more dynamic web experience. We hope that this presentation will provide you with a better understanding of what is available on our sites. As we go through this presentation, we welcome any questions that you may have and encourage you to share your feedback with us about what you may want to see on the site.

TPA Web Site and Download Feature
The Transamerica Retirement Services portal homepage can be accessed from Two of the main goals during the redesign focussed on usability and functionality, and we would like to pay particularly close attention to navigation at this time. The second tab on the left navigation entitled “TPA” takes prospective TPAs to web pages providing product, service and contact information available. TPAs that have existing business with us may log onto the personalized site to get more detailed contract information. We will cover this area including the download in greater detail later in this presentation. Employees, employers and financial professionals may access their audience-specific sites by using the top audience navigation or the clickable audience areas within the page. The left-hand navigation remains consistent throughout the site and is always available from any audience area. To keep our visitors abreast of the latest news, we display a market update every 20 minutes and top news stories daily. This news feed is provided by CBS Marketwatch.

The products and services section provides you with a snapshot of the offerings available. By clicking on a specific product, information such as product features and fund performance are available. Our fund performance section not only provides an online overview and summary of the investment options available but contains a printer-friendly version of the fund information.

Since Transamerica Retirement Services is known for plan design expertise, we pride ourselves on providing the latest news on legislative topics that affect the Retirement Services industry such as EGTRRA. We provide an EGTRRA Q&A which addresses some frequently asked questions. On the overview page, we display information such as a listing of EGTRRA non-conforming states and other relevant communications on this topic.

Education is important to us at TRS, and that is why we offer online planning tools such as Point, Click and Save, our primary online calculator. With Point, Click and Save, you can input data online and determine whether you can meet your retiremen

The More About Us section provides the latest company information, press releases and publications relating to TRS.

To provide the technical support needed, we have a site help section including minimum system requirements, contact us section dynamic based upon audience and site maps for the site.

Looking at the left-hand navigation, prospective TPAs can view what TRS has to offer by clicking on the TPA section.

In this area, product and service offerings including Partner Series and other TPA Services information may be displayed. This page also contains a downloadable PDF application for new TPAs, making it simple and easy to access the necessary forms to work with TRS.

We will explore these areas more in detail when we move into the sections available inside login.

For TPAs that have already established a relationship with us, a web site login including a username and password are included in the welcome kit from Paul Barringer. This login is required to view the client data download.

To access the personalized TPA area, select the TPA Login option from the Login To Your Account dropdown.

Upon entering the username and password for the login, clicking on the login button will take the user to the personalized section of the site. In case a user needs assistance with retrieving a forgotten password or obtaining the correct TRS contact.

From this page, you can still access the same information available outside the login such as product and services information, fund performance and Big Kahuna information. However, sections such as Administration and TPA Communication sections are only available inside the login.

The Administration section allows the download of the Administrative Guide and participant forms PDFs in addition to the download functionality. The Administration section is also where you can change your site password. The TPA Communication section provides you with the ability to read about legislative updates, to view marketing materials specific to the Partner series and TPA Services, and to access pre-written Joint Announcement letters available for a TPA’s use.

You can also access the latest product and service information for the Partner Series, including Fund Performance. In addition, learn more about the incentive programs available through TRS such as the Big Kahuna Incentive Program and Revenue Sharing.

To provide you with the latest information from TRS, we provide areas highlighting upcoming events. We also provide online access to both the TPA For The Record newsletter as well as the quarterly newsletter Worth A Look for employers and employees. TPAs can also find out how to contact TRS, either through our toll-free number or through the online form.

If a you would like to access the flat, CSV client download file, choose the Client Data Download link located under the Administration area. A CSV file is a comma separated file which allows you to download information and analyze the data in your own software such as Microsoft Excel.

Upon reaching this page, you may click on the continue button to proceed.

To retrieve reports, click on the Plan link located on the top blue bar.

You can then select the Request Reports link located under the Plan section.

Select the CSV data file download to initiate the process.

The option to select the time period desired is available. After selecting the desired option and clicking OK, then the file is generated. You may process other request reports as well by choosing the other desired radio buttons and clicking the OK button.

At this time, your report is generated. To retrieve the report, select to the Plan section.

Choose the Plan link, and click on the Review Reports link.

All data files requested as well as reports for online viewing requested will be generated by choosing this button.

Select the file you would like to download. Right-click on the link, and depending on the browser used, it is recommended that the file be saved to a local location.

With Internet Explorer, Choose Save Target As.

Rename the file if desired and select the location you would like the file saved to. Then click on the Save button to continue.

Once the file is saved, you can click on open to launch the CSV file. It is recommended that you save the file to a local location to prevent any firewall problems.

Current Plan Year To Date This sequence of events leads to the opening of the CSV file in Excel. This CSV file provides you with the ability to analyze and perform calculations on the data available in the flat file.

Another file that should be pointed out is the Current Participant Census Data report which is accessible the same way as the other reports.

Current Participant Census Data This file is accessed by following the same steps as obtaining the Current Plan Year To Date report. And now, I will turn the call over to Steve Curran who will discuss the files in greater detail.

In addition to the download feature, you can view indicative information relating to contract-specific plans.

You can also select a specific plan under the administration area from a dropdown menu.

Under the participant section of the site, you can view participant information. However, transactions are not available in this section of the site.

Under the plan area, contract-level information may be found in this section.

In addition to the client downloadable CSV file, other reports are available on areas such as contributions, loans, forfeitures, and vesting. Participant statements are also available from this reporting area.

The payroll function is also available for uploading files.

To assist with the functionality available, this help function provides troubleshooting tips and instructions.

To terminate the session, the TPA can click on the Logout of Your Account button.
