Operational by June 2011. ICAO Annex 6 Chapter 4, in particular: DCA shall establish a programme with procedures for the surveillance of operations in these airports by operator and for taking appropriate action when necessary to preserve safety. Conclusion Bhutan requests COSCAP member countries to assist in developing and share their views and suggest if any, on these upcoming aviation operation and airports in Bhutan. Bhutan would like to propose to the COSCAP-SA experts to assist whenever required. Any technical assistance from ICAO/COSCAP-SA in areas other than ATM, Aerodrome, Flight Safety will be provide respite and facilitate towards achieving compliance with standards of the Annexes.
